Home and business consultations that look beyond clutter and décor …

I have breathed some new and exciting Feng Shui energy into my consultation process!

As a result of the advanced level of training I have received through David Daniel Kennedy’s mentorship program, I have completely revised the way I conduct home and business consultations.

While I still talk to my clients about such things as imagery in artwork, the influence of colour, and the impact of clutter, I now focus more thoroughly on the ‘bones’ of the home by:

• Looking at how energy flows to, through and around your home.
• Evaluating the affects of missing or bonus pieces.
• Noting the location of bedrooms, the stove, fireplace, furnace, electrical panels and more.
• Paying close attention to the chi (energy) of the land, street, home (exterior) and community.
• Observing the chi of everyone in the household … and noting how the building may be affecting them in nine specific life areas.

New 6-Step Consultation process for homes and businesses includes:

1. An initial phone consultation (about 20-30 minutes) to obtain more information about your needs and your home. (I also give you a bit of 'homework' to do prior to our first meeting.)
2. A pre-visit evaluation of your floor and lot plans, bird's eye view of your home (using Internet-based applications), area maps and more.
   
3. Part One of a personal visit and home/business analysis, during which I will talk to you about your goals, view your home (inside and out), and take photographs of all rooms and the exterior. (Approximately 2 hours.)
   
4. Part Two of the personal visit (a few days later) where I return to present cures to remedy any feng shui concerns, perform any chi adjusting rituals that may be required, and teach you how to set powerful and positive intentions to create change. (Approximately 2 hours.)
5. Follow-up phone calls (one month and six months later) to see how you are progressing with your cures.
6. Up to 1/2 hour of 'Q & A' phone calls to address any questions you may have. (Additional time is billed at an hourly rate.)

Cost for the 6-Step Feng Shui consultation is based on the size or your home, starting at $399 + HST.

Honouring the Red Envelope Tradition

When paying for your Feng Shui consultation Terri Perrin requests that you honour the age-old ritual of enclosing your payment in red envelopes. Here’s why:

Those who practice and teach Black Sect Tantric Buddhist (BTB) Feng Shui respectfully follow the red envelope ritual as taught by Professor Lin Yun, founder of BTB Feng Shui. When your Feng Shui Consultant provides cures and guidance, he or she is sharing sacred knowledge, energy and divine wisdom beyond worldly scope with you. The red envelope ritual is believed to serve two purposes:

1. To show the giver’s sincere intention and respect for the sacred knowledge.
2. To protect the teacher or consultant from being punished for revealing sacred information.

The ritual itself has its roots in the traditional Chinese folk customs and cultures.

• The color red symbolizes good luck and power.
• Red is used for celebrations and to drive away evil spirits.
• The rectangular shape of the red envelope resembles that of ancient shields and symbolizes protection.

Based on the aforementioned beliefs, it is considered a gesture of appreciation to present a number of new red envelopes, each containing a token amount of money, to the person who is sharing sacred Feng Shui knowledge with you. In most cases, 9 red envelopes are presented. Any size or type of red envelope will do. If, however, you are unable to find any, we can provide some to you.

To strengthen and increase the effectiveness of the transcendental cures, the Feng Shui Consultant will put the red envelopes you give under his/her pillow at night and perform the “Three Secrets Reinforcement” before (or after) sleeping. In the morning, the money is removed from the envelopes, donated to charity, given to one’s teacher or used for personal purposes.
